Lymphocyte Separation Medium， consist of meglumini diatrozoas and Ficoll 400, features low viscosity, low osmotic pressure and non-toxicity. It is used to separate living lymphocyte through centrifugal method. It is in asepsis liquid packing, and can remove erythrocyte and dead cells. It is suitable for most mammal cells including human being.
